At Electrobot We have 7 days replacement policies. Under usual circumstances we don't provide refund on our products. We only offer replacement of same product or different product of equivalent or more value. For courier damage, different or damaged product received user havr to raise replacement request within 24Hrs of receiving of the product.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Product with all the accessories, proof of purchase and return form, and mail your return to the following address:
You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us for the first 2 days of replacement, after that costumer need to send the product to us or the brand service center.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
In case they payment mode selected is Razorpay, in that scenario, if costumer requests cancellation at any stage, convinience fees(3%) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
