  • Why Electrobot ?

  • Weather I will get the parts or Complete Pre built PC?

    You will get complete build as per the configuration selected by you. All the parts are stress tested by our engineers before using them for build, hence you just have to plug and play.

  • What accessories I will get with the PC?

    Along with your build, you will get power cable and wifi dongle.

  • What if PC gets Damaged in Transit?

    If the PC gets damaged in the transit, you will get the replacement of the damaged parts at your door step.

  • How much warranty I will get?

    You will get brand warranty plus 2 years support from Electrobot/KARTPC for claiming the warranty.

  • How can I claim warranty?

    By contacting our CLW team through the contact details available on the warranty card.

  • What is covered under warranty?

    All the hardware parts are covered in warranty under brand warranty terms of respective brands.

  • What happens after I place the order?

    You will receive an order placing email, order confirmation email and order dispatch email from Electrobot/KARTPC. Hence keeping you update through out order processing process.

  • How can I Place an Order?

    By registering on our website and verifying you email id, you can add any product into the cart and checkout using one of the the desired methods as applicable.

  • How can I cancel the order?

    You can cancel your order by visitng the order page in your profile and raising a ticket. Once product is dispatched you can only avail replacement with in 7 days of delivery on applicable products.

  • How can I change the shipping address ?

    You can change your shipping address by visitng the order page in your profile and raising a ticket. Shipping address can be changed before dispatch, after dispatch it will a chargeable.

  • My order was not delivered. What should I do?

    You can raise ticket from my orders page or can contact our customer care team on the contact details provided on warranty card.

  • Will the delivery be attempted again if I am not able to collect the order the first time?

    Yes, the delivery will be attempted again

  • Why my order is taking longer than estimated shipping time?

    It can be because of any ongoing issue/crisis, or because of the delayed processing from the logistic partner. We dispatch products from our end withing 48hrs of the order confirmation.

  • Can I open and check the product before delivery?

    As we use third party logistics partners, hence checking product before delivery would be difficult but you can create a unboxing video to be on a safer side and also it would help us to provide you speedy replacement.

  • How quickly can i get my order delivered ?

    Once the order is confirmed, we will share the estimated delivery date which would be visible in my orders page of your profile.

  • My order shows “out for Delivery”, but I haven’t got it yet. When will I get it?

    We will share the tracking details, you can check the live status using those details, sometime it takes time to deliver the product.

  • Why Cant I track my Order though the status shows shipped?

    It takes few hours, before the logistics partners updates the status on their respective portals.

  • Can I get my order delivered faster?

    Yes, you can get your order delivered fast but it will be chargeable based on the delivery location.

  • What is the estimated delivery time ?

    It is the estimated time by that your product will be delivered. It can take one or two days more or less for delivery.
